Welcome to Endless Trivia (“we”, “our”, “us”), a trivia game owned and operated by DP & WW Inc. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Endless Trivia app and website (endless-trivia.com), collectively the “Service.” By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be old enough to consent to use of online services in your jurisdiction to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a minor, you represent that you have the authority to do so.

2. Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to sign in through our authentication provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

4. Gameplay, Scores & Leaderboards

Scores, rankings, and leaderboard positions are calculated based on gameplay data recorded by the Service. We reserve the right to reset, adjust, or remove scores that we reasonably believe were obtained through cheating, exploits, or abuse, and to suspend or terminate accounts involved in such conduct.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, graphics, trivia content, software, and trademarks, is owned by DP & WW Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

6. User Content

If the Service allows you to submit a display name, profile image, or other content, you retain ownership of it, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and store that content as necessary to operate the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

The Service relies on third-party providers (e.g., authentication, hosting, database, analytics) to operate. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of any third-party services, though we take reasonable steps to work with reputable providers.

8. Termination
